“I was genuinely excited to mix this film, having been a fan of The Waltons since childhood. Working with the team at Magnolia Hill Productions on this second Waltons film was a fantastic experience. A significant part of this project involved extensive dialogue cleanup. Because a large section of the movie takes place at a busy County Fair, we had to meticulously remove excessive footsteps and movement from the dialogue tracks, then rebuild those sounds using foley and carefully layered ambience.”
